What is AuraSea OS?
AuraSea OS is a daily operational intelligence platform for hotel, resort, restaurant, and cafe owners — we aggregate data from your POS, PMS, and other systems, analyze it overnight, and email you a summary with prioritized recommendations every morning.
What size of business is this for?
Best fit: hotels and resorts with 30-150 rooms, and small-to-mid restaurants, cafes, and bakeries (1-3 locations). Larger operators should contact us about an enterprise plan.
Is it hard to use? Does my team need to be technical?
No. Designed for owners and managers who aren't engineers. Recommendations arrive by email and LINE — you can read what matters without ever opening the app.
Data & integrations
Which POS / PMS systems do you connect to?
POS: FoodStory, Loyverse, StoreHub, Wongnai POS. PMS: Easyfo, Cloudbeds, Hotelogix, eZee. Channel Managers: SiteMinder, RateGain, and others. Don't see your tool? Get in touch — we typically add support within 2 weeks.
How long does setup take?
Standard integrations take 1-3 business days. Our team handles setup and validation — you don't need to write any code.
Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Servers are in Singapore (AWS). We don't share your data with third parties, and you can delete everything when you cancel.
Pricing & billing
How long is the free trial?
14 days on every plan, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you decide whether to subscribe or cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PromptPay, and monthly bank transfer for registered companies.
Can you issue tax invoices?
Yes — full Thai tax invoices in your company name, sent monthly via email.

How do I contact support?
Email, LINE Official Account, and phone during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Bangkok time). Response within 24 hours on every plan.
Is there onboarding training?
Yes — a 1-hour Zoom onboarding session on day one, plus follow-up sessions as needed. Included on every plan.
What if I run into a problem?
Open a case in the app or via LINE. We respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent operational issues, we respond within 4 hours.
